Since 2009, our QOC Team has raised over $40,000 for a global organization called Optometry Giving Sight, whose purpose is to “improve the quality of life of people who are needlessly blind or vision impaired simply because they do not have access to an eye exam or a pair of glasses “.
October is Eye Health Month and for the past five years, QOC has increased its fundraising efforts. Come in during the month of October to enter a draw, make a donation or participate in our bake sale! For one full day of that month, the doctors at QOC donate all the proceeds from your eye exams to Optometry Giving Sight. In 2012 and 2013, QOC was recognized for ranking #1 globally for the most money raised from any one practice during the Eye Health Month campaign and in 2014, QOC again raised over $10,000.
